Be alert to trail conditions during the freeze/thaw cycles.

Central Iowa received its first snow Friday, Nov 20th. Bear in mind the freeze/thaw cycle as mother nature continues deliberating whether this is winter or fall.

The upcoming week's forecast likely means the snow won't be here long. With the high ground temp its very slushy under the inches of snow which easily creates muddy conditions.

Please be aware of this while riding and if the trails are muddy or if you are leaving ruts, please refrain from riding. Thank you!
