Monday Night No Drop Dirt Rides
*Every Monday beginning May 1st at 6 p.m.
Rides only take place when trail conditions are dry. We also post to our Facebook page with last minute event updates here.

SCHEDULE & TIMES
Jon us each Monday for a dirt tour of DSM singletrack!
MAY - OCTOBER
Beginning on May 1, we will rotate throughout our trail systems and ride a different singletrack trail each Monday at 6 p.m. The ride will rotate between Center Trails, Ewing, and Sycamore.
May (1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd) Center Trails. Park and leave from the Rose Garden parking lot. BEHIND (west of) the Art Center at: 4500 Grand Ave, Des Moines, IA 50312.
June (5th, 12th, 19th, 26th) Sycamore. Please use the overflow parking across the river. We will leave from the North trailhead. 4640 NW 66th Ave, Johnston, IA 50131
July (3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st) Ewing. Park and leave from the Flow Trail parking lot (soap box area). 1651 E McKinley Ave, Des Moines, IA 50320
August (7th, 14th, 21st, 28th) Center Trails. Park and leave from the Rose Garden parking lot. BEHIND (west of) the Art Center at: 4500 Grand Ave, Des Moines, IA 50312.
September (11th, 18th, 25th) Ewing. Park and leave from the Flow Trail parking lot (soap box area). 1651 E McKinley Ave, Des Moines, IA 50320
October (2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th) Sycamore. Please use the overflow parking across the river. We will leave from the North trailhead. 4640 NW 66th Ave, Johnston, IA 50131
GEAR | & GROUND RULES
Afterwards, plan to stick around and hang out for drinks at places like Confluence, 515 Brewing, or local watering holes.

Dirt capable bike and helmet required.
Water bottle, gloves, lights (in the fall)
All skill levels are welcome. This is a NO drop ride.
Riders will wait and re-group at the end of each trail segment.
We aim to avg 7-10 mph but will regroup as needed.
To meet our time/pace, we may opt to not ride a trail segment.
GROUND RULES:
First and foremost, we are here to build a community of skilled mountain bikers. Be willing to mentor and learn.
Depending on the group size and skill levels, we will split into an A Group and B Group.
We do full regroups at each designated spot waiting for sweeper(s). No man left behind!
When on the road and paved trails, obey all road/trail rules. Never cross the center lines.
